Rachel Beauregard

Rachel began a serious practice several years ago while on the road as a musician. After realizing how much it changed her life by keeping her grounded, active, and breath-centered, she knew she had to bring this sense of physical and mental awareness to others. She received her 200-hr teacher training at the Asheville Yoga Center and has a strong focus on alignment and playfulness - laughter is the best medicine!

Adam Erickson

Adam has been teaching yoga since 2011 and loves teaching the series to both experienced students and those who are brand new to yoga. He teaches both Hot 26 style and Power Flow. One of his strengths is looking at a posture and identifying the next step for the student to take. He gives a lot of assists and brings an energy to class in hopes that the students will match it.  Adam lives in Wedgewood-Houston and has a Bassett Hound named Lucy.

Heather Heatherly

As a former dancer, Heather first found yoga as a teenager training with American Ballet Theatre. She truly found her "yoga home" with The Hot 26 practice in 2004 and she was hooked, humbled and head over heels. In 2007, after moving back home to Nashville from NYC, she made the jump, became a teacher and never looked back. She loves sharing her passion for alignment and the basics to ensure a healthy, lifelong practice. When she is not on her mat, she is a happy mom of a wonderful little boy and two senior pups. Heather loves all things health and wellness and thoroughly enjoys boxing for fun.
