Class Descriptions

POWER FLOW - This energizing and upbeat class focuses on connecting mindful breath with vigorous movement of the body. With unique and ever-changing sequences and postures, Power Flow classes will build strength, create flexibility, improve balance and calm the mind at the same time. This class is 60 minutes, open to all levels and is heated between 95-100 degrees.

HOT 26 – This traditional Bikram style Hot Yoga class consists of a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Incorporating a standing series and a floor series, Hot 26 classes will work the entire body and will improve concentration while building strength, balance and flexibility. This class is 60 minutes, open to all levels and is heated between 100 and 105 degrees.

FOUNDATIONS OF FLOW – This class is an introduction to Power Flow in a slightly heated room. Learning the basic flow postures while connecting with breath, you will develop proper alignment and technique to build both strength and flexibility. This is a great class for any beginner or experienced yogi wanting to get back to the basics.
